- Customised training for Naval Group and the National Defence University of MalaysiaThis project was part of a more global technology transfer contract between Naval Group and Malaysia which includes time dedicated to the training of Master's students in Naval Architecture Technology.

- A new Erasmus Mundus Master at Centrale Nantes: Master in Renewable Energy in the Marine EnvironmentJanuary 30, 2018Centrale Nantes is now a partner in a fourth Erasmus Mundus Joint Master's Degree, entitled 'Renewable Energy in the Marine Environment', accredited at the end of 2017. Centrale Nantes is one of the few schools to offer Erasmus Mundus international masters.
- New specialisation: Scientific Challenge 2024With the upcoming 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris, Centrale Nantes, working alongside CREPS des Pays de la Loire and the French Rowing Federation, decided to introduce a new engineering programme specialisation on high fidelity modelling of the complete boat-oar-rower system.
