Alumni 2022

The Centrale Nantes Alumni digital platform is designed to facilitate contact and networking between Centrale Nantes alumni.

2021-2022: over 1,360 new accounts were activated during the year.

In 2022, Centrale Nantes Alumni continued to help and support more and more graduates through:

  1. showcasing the career paths of Centrale Nantes graduates
  2. disseminating high value-added scientific and managerial information
  3. organizing social events
  4. involving graduates in the life of the school
  • 148 email campaigns, 22 activation campaigns, 7 contact data update campaigns
  • Replay access to conferences and expert talks
  • 15 alumnis interviewed by students and posted on Instagram to raise career awareness among students and young graduates
  • The major drive by alumni to respond to the IESF socio-economic survey, a source of essential indicators on Centrale Nantes graduates.
  • More than 300 events shared on Centrale Nantes joint platforms CACCS Events, 1,400 job and internship offers on Centrale Carrières, joint directory.
… and of course the success of the Goodies Shop, driven by sales of the new class sweatshirt!

A direct interface means that student profiles have been automatically integrated on the www.centraliens-nantes.org  website since the start of the 2021 academic year. Since 2022, graduation has also been automatically interfaced to the site and reflected in the online directory.

Open to the School's staff and teachers, it is a truly dynamic and interactive network on which everyone can put forward a project, create/join a group, discuss professional topics or favourite subjects. Students, graduates, school staff and teachers are invited to activate their account if they have not already done so.

Once more this year, events have been created by the Executive Education Department, the Foundation, the Communications Department (2022 graduation ceremony)... and articles have been published to call for P2E study projects, and international business development projects.

The main objective is to maintain contact.

In 2022, Clotilde Nicolay, alumni coach and team leader organised:

  • webinars on collaborative enterprise,
  • coaching and co-development sessions for alumni and staff, as part of our career development offer.

A highly committed Board of Governors

The renewal of the Board of Governors was an opportunity to increase the presence of students and recent graduates on the association's governing bodies.

The year was also marked by a high level of involvement on the part of volunteers, particularly the Digital Commission with Florian Bartocci (florian.bartocci85efec39-1a1d-4d7c-a56a-8bf5b2a9f17a@live.fr)and Axel Goris, who oversaw the reorganization of the association's digital working environment. The Communications Committee, led by Flore Massoullié, has, through its monthly meetings and the improvement of CNA's communications practices, enabled us to rally and motivate around all the themes dear to alumni, and in particular that of commitment.

For the start of the 2022 academic year, Béryl Cassel (beryl.casselc14185e4-49d8-4588-9e9a-e8da8ad433ba@centraliens-nantes.com) has been heavily involved in welcoming students to the campus.

Our international expansion also continued, with the launch of new groups in Chile and Colombia.
Last but not least, actions to promote gender equality, interculturality in the workplace and the broader themes of diversity and inclusion were stepped up with the creation of the 5050 - Agir pour l'égalité group, led by Hélène Harikiopoulos-Cordova (helene.cordova0a419378-a01f-4495-be17-464f1051e2dc@centraliens-nantes.com)
The association is also involved in the redevelopment of the school's Foundation with Gilles-Emmanuel Bernard (ge.bernard98c66515-1a2e-4d4d-88e9-a0462f3ddd8c@centraliens-nantes.com).

A growing team of permanent staff

Isabelle Langlet has joined the team and, in addition to her other responsibilities for the School, has been entrusted with a number of alumni projects, including the career days.
