The first session of the "Prepa Tremplin Numérique" course run by the Fondation Agissons Pour l'Emploi is coming to an end, in person
"Prepa Tremplin Numérique" is a 40-day career development programme targeted towards sectors of activity and professions that are recruiting. The programme is supervised by a team of specialists with expertise in their respective fields.

The 12 trainees participating in the first session joined the course in April, in the midst of the lockdown, for the 280-hour course. While 70% of the course input has been provided remotely, they finally had the opportunity to meet face to face with their course supervisors on 3 June!
Prépa Tremplin Numérique is supported by the Fondation Agissons pour l'Emploi. Its objective is to help people discover the digital sector and professions, to identify and develop cross-disciplinary skills to gain confidence and promote employability, to define and implement a career development plan.
At the end of the course, participants are ready to embark upon training to develop their career plan and secure their path to long-term employment.

Despite the unique circumstances of the last few weeks, our partner companies played ball and we are most grateful. Connexing, Cedreo, DTA Ingénierie and Helpline all held virtual open days to present their activities, set up remote workshops to introduce coding and provided coaching on the participants' career plans. ADN Ouest organised a presentation of the digital sector in the Pays de la Loire region. A marvelous collective effort!

As part of my jobsearch in the digital sector, I took part in a jobdating event at Centrale Nantes in March and attended the Parcours Prépa Tremplin presentation. I submitted my CV and I was contacted again. Prépa Tremplin has been very helpful in terms of work on self-confidence and stress. I also found the preparation for recruitment very rewarding. With my career plan now fine-tuned; I am considering a POEI*opportunity in line with my skills revealed over the last few months.
