Centrale Nantes present at the AGM of the Franco-German University network
Centrale Nantes, represented by Linda Sérandour of the International Relations Department, attended the Annual General Assembly of the Franco-German University network hosted by University Toulouse - Jean Jaurès on 2-3 June 2022.
from
June 2, 2022 to June 3, 2022
The
Franco-German University network
(FGU) comprises over 200 universities in France, Germany and third countries. At least one cooperation programme exists between the Franco-German University and these universities, enabling undergraduate and PhD students to spend part of their studies in the partner country. Under the umbrella of the FGU, students can pursue a joint programme of study in France and Germany, and benefit from a monthly mobility grant during their time abroad.
Representatives and course supervisors from FGU member institutions met in Toulouse earlier this month for their annual assembly to discuss developments in research at the European level and to consider the challenges facing their cooperation programmes.
Centrale Nantes is a member of the UFA network via the Ecoles Centrale Group. We are working on a direct FGU exchange agreement with the University of Dresden (a long-term partner) in the following areas: electrical and computer engineering, computer science, mechanical science and engineering, renewable energy systems and nanoelectronic systems.
