Centrale Nantes has been recognized in the recently published QS World University Rankings by Subject 2021 in ‘Engineering and Technology’.

Centrale Nantes best performance in the 2021 ranking lies in Engineering - Mechanical, Aeronautical & Manufacturing, with a place in the world's top 200.

This ranking confirms the school's progress on the international stage and the quality of research conducted at Centrale Nantes.
 

QS World University Rankings by Subject

Published annually, the QS World University Rankings by Subject evaluates more than 1400 higher education institutions worldwide (with 85 countries represented) covering 51 disciplines divided into 5 broad subject areas: Arts & Humanities, Engineering and Technology, Life Sciences & Medicine, Natural Sciences and Social Sciences & Management.

Four components are used to rank universities in the QS World University Rankings by Subject: academic reputation, employer reputation, research citations per paper and H-index (a measure of both the productivity and impact of the published work of a scientist or scholar).
