THE Impact Ranking 2022 : Centrale Nantes dans le top 600
The Times Higher Education "Impact Rankings" 2022 assessed 1,406 higher education institutions in 106 countries, according to the United Nations' 17 sustainable development goals defined by the United Nations.
Centrale Nantes performed well on four goals in particular:
Build resilient infrastructure, promote sustainable industrialization and foster innovation (top 200)
Promote inclusive and sustainable economic growth, employment and decent work for all (top 300)
Take urgent action to combat climate change and its impacts (top 400)
Ensure access to affordable, reliable, sustainable and modern energy for all (top 400)
The school's presence in this ranking reflects staff and student commitment to climate challenges, in keeping with Nantes University - of which Centrale Nantes has been a component institution since January 2022 and which is ranked in this edition in the Top 5 French universities and the Top 400 worldwide.
Based on our firm belief that training, research and innovation are essential for understanding the phenomena and identifying possible solutions, the school is committed not only to supporting sustainable development goals through our teaching, research and knowledge transfer, but also to embodying these goals in our internal practices, policies and procedures.
