Centrale Nantes Governance

Centrale Nantes is a public institution with a scientific, cultural and professional vocation. Headed by a director and an executive team, the school is administered by a Board of Governors, a formal body that defines the general policy of the school, votes the budget, and the various grants. An Academic Council and a Scientific Council prepare proposals and advice to assist the Board of Governors in its deliberations and decisions.  These three bodies comprise members representing the school staff and students in addition to the institutional and industrial members.
